Medical, Vision & Dental

  • We offer six different healthcare plans through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois.
  • We have both HSA- and FSA-eligible plans.
  • Our dental and vision plans are also through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois.

  • We offer both a traditional 401k and a Roth 401k.
  • Kaney will match 100% of the first 3% and 50% of the next 2% of your contributions.

Paid Time Off

  • You are provided 80 hours of vacation and 40 hours of PTO for your first year. (pro-rated from start date)
  • We have a vacation-buy program enabling you to purchase up to an extra week of vacation.
  • The company typically provides 10 paid holidays.

Tuition Reimbursement

  • Dependent on the grade earned, we offer up to 100% tuition reimbursement with a maximum of $5,250 per calendar year.
