In these dynamic times, you’ve likely received many emails related to COVID-19, and as important as these messages are to the global business community, we at Kaney first and foremost hope all is well with you, your loved ones and your team members.
Our facility remains open and at full strength with normal two-shift operations without any reduction in productivity or in workforce. In addition to observing all CDC and WHO recommended practice, we have gone above and beyond to ensure the safety of our personnel and their families by restricting building access, enhancing our janitorial services, augmenting 99.7% air filtration in local areas and providing sanitizing agents throughout the facility. All personnel who can work from home are being asked to do so at every opportunity. We also are continuing with equipment updates that allow “lights out,” hands-free manufacturing to further insulate ourselves from risks we may all face in the coming months.
To our customers, we remain committed to providing you the quality and service you have enjoyed for decades. We are continually evaluating any risks to fulfilling our obligations and are constantly reviewing and implemented multi-layered contingencies. No supply chain issues have been identified to date. You will be advised immediately should condition change.
To our suppliers, your success and sustainment always been recognized as key to our success, and we will work with you to accommodate challenges you may be facing at this time so that we may continue to move forward together. Communication is critical and we ask that you make us aware of any potential business impacts as soon as they are known.
These are unprecedented times and can change rapidly, but from our CEO Jeffrey Kaney Sr. on down, we at Kaney are committed to minimizing the impact to all of us in any way we can. Our team is here to answer any questions you may have.
